I just submitted a plan change from nbn 50/20 to nbn 100/20 on 29/01/2021.
I understand the new plan will be charged $89.95.
Can you please let me know when the new plan will take effect?

Hi @kathleenkoi , we normally send an email notification once the change of plan has been completed. If you have not received any, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and look into this.
