TPG NBN slow speed

To TPG,

I have tried to contact you via phone with no success. I understand that we are all going through difficult times, as many would be contacting for help.
However, I now work from home one week one week off, for a public hospital. I provide therapy for acute mental health clients over Telehealth, Zoom and Microsoft teams.
Therefore, I require internet that can support me to use these applications without cutting out mid call (which has been the case this week).
I would like to discuss what options I have to improve my internet connection. I currently have TPG NBN plan.
Are there options to increase the reliability for this period?
