NBN connection

Hi, I had NBN installed yesterday and received the TPG modem which has also been installed. I can't connect to internet and I've received a SMS and email from TPG saying they can't detect an internet connection. All lights on NBN box are on and there are four lights on the TP Link AC1600 modem lit - these lights are Power, 2.4G, 5G and WAN. The internet light is not on. Have I missed something?

Only thing to check is username and password in the wifi router, but that should have been configured by TPG.

You can try power cycling your modem to see if it completes the auto config process.

If it doesnt come back on with the ''internet light'', you can try a manual configuration.
