Get online support
I can not login to my TPG mailbox, I get the following error SQLSTATE[42000] [1203] User atmail already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
Can you please advise what the problem is. I have attached a screen shot.

No, it hasn't been resolved - I'm now being blocked from logging iinto my Post Office.

It was resolved before, but the issue recurred.

I read the TPG status and this issue was to be resolved by 1400 hrs today. Still waiting and can't log in ....
not a good look for TPG as we are paying for this service.
