I only use the tpg webmail and in the last couple of days there has been a virus sending out a "hey dear" email from my account (it also created about 700 emails in my contact list) on Google Chrome. I've run a virus check on my laptop (using ESET) and found nothing, and deleted all the odd contact emails. Is this something TPG knows about? Is there anything else I can do?
You could try an account password change.
Sometimes this resolves some issues with email addressing being added to any filter lists or other problems.
Change you TPG account password online: https://www.tpg.com.au/home/myaccount
After changing the password. Wait for 15-30 minutes before sending an email.
