We have had NBN for a couple of months now and the service is slowly dropping out more and more. We are currently experiencing our service disconnecting and reconnecting for 20+ minute intervals 5-6 times per day. we were meant to have a technician come out to service due to the NBN not connecting at all but had it cancelled the morning of due to it reconnecting, since then the dropouts have increased considerably.

I have checked your NBN-FTTC 100/40 service in our systems, and it shows the ticket still awaiting closure from an NBN visit for 18/7.
I have escalated this to our Senior NBN engineers to followup up on and someone will call you back ASAP within 24hrs to double check things.
