Thanks for raising this to us. Do you get error message when running speed test using TPG app? If so, please post the screenshot on this thread.
Alternatively you can also use www.speedtest.net site or the application on iOS and Android.

Cannot do Speedtest using the TPG app. Just said to do a connection test instead
