TPG cube 3 internet drops out

Hi I have the TPG cube 3 4g modem and sine moving the connection have been so bad we can't do anything I'm so disappointed and would like it sorted or I'll have to go with another company

Let us help check what causing dropouts with the connection and get this sorted out. Could you shoot us a PM with your details and a picture of the current lights of the modem.
