Get online support
I just change my plan to broadband for a while. However, I started to experience slow internet these few days, especially at night time. It is a 100mbs 5g home broadband plan but I only have around 2-5 download mbs around night time.
This is around 9 o'clock today
And this around 6 yesterdayAlso, I sometimes experience unstable ping as well
So I would appreciate it if TPG can check my problem, thank you.
Is the slow speed noticeable every night only?
