I just change my plan to broadband for a while. However, I started to experience slow internet these few days, especially at night time. It is a 100mbs 5g home broadband plan but I only have around 2-5 download mbs around night time. This is around 9 o'clock today http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/result/94519840-5840-11ed-b8ba-97bedea186b0 And this around 6 yesterday Also, I sometimes experience unstable ping as well So I would appreciate it if TPG can check my problem, thank you.

Thank you, it works. I changed the number in the Total Upstream Bandwidth section.

I recently changed my plan to the NBN 50 plan, the download speed did improve from 12mbs to 50mbs. However, the upload speed is still unchanged at about 0.8mbs, I heard that it should be around 20mbs upload for the NBN50 plan. Therefore, I hope the supports can provide me with some help.

So a few days back, someone helped me to install the NBN black box, after the installation I used my own modem to try it out. The NBN box was all working, but my own modem that connected to the NBN box showed that there wasn't any internet connection. Therefore, I contacted the TPA, they said it should have a black box that I already had and a new white modem. However, I didn't receive any white modem from TPA before or after the installation. Therefore, I want to know where can I receive the white modem or the modem will send by TPA using mail? Thank you.
