Hi team,
I called the technical support today regarding an unstable connection. After being told an NBN technician will be coming onsite to troubleshoot, my internet has been completely cut off.
The same thing happened a few weeks ago.
My question is: why does my internet need to be cut off completely while I am waiting for an onsite technician to troubleshoot my connection?
