I haven't received a tracking number for my modem - is it on its way?

Hi @elizabethsmith1, 

If you have ordered from us, you should receive it within 1-2 working days within metro addresses and 3-5 working days if it's outside metro.

Modem delivery will start as soon as the funds are received upon successful registration. 

Let us have your Customer ID or username via private message so we can locate the equipment and provide you with more info.

Thanks for the information.  I am in the metro area and it has been longer than the stated time.
