what the hell is going on?

a search on here and on your face book pages shows that I am not alone in experiencing loss of service and woeful support.

I think your customers deserve some answers.  Lost connections, impossible to contact support.

there is obviously a fundamental problem. You need to speak up and let your customers know what is going on and when we can expect a resolution to our issues.

 This a trying time for all of us, but many of us need our connections to be able to work and feed our family's.

You burying your head in The sand is not helping.


please explain what is happening and when we can expect service to return to normal
