I've tried the so called Self Serve System, and all I get is "the system is busy at the moment" and that's it - everything stops!
The phone system tells you to use the self serve chat system and that is ** also!
You cannot email support direct, you cannot call support direct........what an absolute waste of my time!
I'm paying bloody good money for ** service!
