TPG what's happening with internet disconnection, can you let your users know?!

TPG Team - people, including myself are experiencing loss of internet connection for hours at time. NBN line are fine so it seems it comes from you guys. We try to call, no one answers. I'm running a business and have clients to serve. Having internet that shuts down randomly for hours is just not good enough!
