Is anyone using the TPLink Archer C20 router? I have purchased one and it will not connect using PPPoE. It tries to connect indefinitely and gives no feedback at all. I have updated the firmware as a matter of course with no joy.

We dont support non-tpg suppied modems, but i will try help.
Normally, a tricky settings when using modems on NBN products is a VLAN setting needs to be accessed/changed to VLAN ID: 2.
Also, go to web mail and test your tpg account details when logging in to make sure your credentials are correct.
