Get online support
My modem died in the storm last weekend and my nbn box's ethernet port is also not working. i called support and open a ticket and the guy i spoke to said he will forward to the technical support but only after a few hours i get sent an sms saying everything is working fine. the modem is dead and the nbn box can't connet to anything, how is that fine?
i've called 5 times over the past week, everytime i call customer support they tell me to wait 24 hours only to have them text me telling me my internet is working properly.
no one is trying to help at all.
what am i suppose to do now? calling customer support is going to go throug the same thing that has happend 4 times. i'm expecting a bloody sms saying my internet is find in the next few hours.
Someone please help me get intouch with someone who can actually help or tell me now to cancel my nbn with tpg coz this is ridiculous.
