Hi TPG,
I was told by TPG that the internet connection was done and activated. Does it also mean that the telephone line is connected, so that the modem can connect to the telephone line and use the internet?
At the moment, whenever I connect my modem to the telephone port, the DSL signal not turning on, meaning that the telephone line is not working or activated.
We live on the ground floor of a unit. For the telephone line activation do you need your technician to go to the building telephone box to activate it for our place for internet?
I think we need your technician to come and check our telephone line and make it work.
Please let me know when you can do that.
