I'm gonna leave Australia for a several months, but I would like to keep my number.Is it possible to suspend mobile service?

We do not have the option to suspend your mobile service. As a workaround, you may opt to downgrade to the lowest plan to keep the number active.
Is it possible to stop my payments? If so, how long my phone number will be available to reactivate (with a new payment)?
The account has to have an active payment method otherwise services will be barred if no payment is received for the next billing cycle. You have to reactivate the account within 30 days before it gets terminated permanently.
