Temporary suspend my internet

Hello,

I will be away from home for 3 months. Is it possible to temporarily suspend my internet connection for this period? 

Or would I have to cancel my plan completely?

Welcome to TPG Community! 

We do not have an option to suspend the internet and phone services temporarily but you can choose to downgrade on the lowest plan. If you wish to proceed, feel free to PM us with your TPG customer ID or username.
