Terminating my NBN service - TPG Community

This is a written notice that I would like to cancel my NBN service. My TPG Username is XXXXX. My current plan is NBN Broadband 50. I am currently not in a contract.

I am looking to terminate my NBN service on 17-Mar-2020.
