I am trying to reach out to you as we have been experiencing problems since April 2020. Our internet connection has been extremely unrealiable and it keeps dropping out. There is no internet connection most of the time

The internet drop out all the time. Never been fixed.

There is no internet connection most of the time - Have you noticed if the 4 green lights are solid on the ARRIS HFC Modem ?
