Terrible reception with my broadband

On the last 3 days, the reception has been on and off on many occuations when I was in my room. (Second floor of the house) Reception is also really slow. I spoke to the Mash company and they said it's the problem relating to the boardband company, which is you guys. Can the technical support please get back to me asap? Thank you! Smiley Frustrated
