Terrible slow speed at evening

Hi,

I just got NBN50 connection today and the day time speed seems ok. But the evening time is terrible slow.

I test with speed test and it is way below 10mbps and unstable

I can't really watch youtube video, instagram or unstable

Can you please help check? Thanks.

Updated: Issued is resolved. Root cause is seems the router may have problem, connection actually stuck with 2.4Ghz one instead of 5Ghz and extremly slow somehow. Have to change setting and try reboot many times fixed it.
