Test Internet Speed Doesn’t Work

The testing internet speed option doesn’t work, it says it’s unable to test the speed. I test connection and it’s perfectly fine. Why can’t I test my internet speed?

What speed testing site does not work? What troubleshooting have you done so far?

In the event that you're using http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/ you may also use https://www.speedtest.net/.

Please post the screenshot of the error message on this thread for reference.
