The NBN connection was finally made a week ago, but it’s not working.

Nobody at TPG answers my calls for assistance - I am told to contact the TPG website - but my internet doesn’t allow this. Neither does my landline work. I.NEED HELP - I’m 73, and this is all new to me. I did follow every step of the video, so did my son-in-law - nothing!
