Wrong bundle that I sign in for

We got installed out internet not too long ago and to our surprised our internet is flat dead. We were told it was unlimited broadband for 60 aud. But today we got a message saying we use all our data. I check out our account and apparently we are in the nbn m bundle for 49.99 which is not what we want, not sure if our or your mistake. Please change it to the correct 59.99 unlimited bundle. Looking at the bundles I think is the nbn sl bundle. We are under voluntary self containment so as you can imagine we need the internet badly. Hope for a timely response. Thanks.
