There has been no internet connection at my place

No internet. Tried to call TPG for 2 hours with 3 calls and each has 20-30 mins. No one picks up. Registered a call back service and no one calls back. Such an unacceptable level of service. Please refund my money. I have been with TPG for many years and can’t believe the service is like this. Poor! Very poor !

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

If there are no known outages in your area, customers can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link : https://www.tpg.com.au/support/nbn/problems_connect_internet_nbn

 

In your instance, we've raised this with NBN Co for further investigation as there's a possible fault within the NBN NTD or Network. Your assigned Engineer is monitoring the case and be in touch with you via SMS or phone call once an update becomes available.
