Ticket # 10367255 is still not fixed since Feb

I just got the SMS but this is only way to talk to you.


Issue is not fixed yet.


There is still no dial tone on phone line and line speed is only 0.2Mb with Speed Test.


Please contact me for full explanation for what was wrong and what was fixed.


Also there is no one call me about compensation yet...


This is 2nd case I logged and only working 3 days since Feb and it is not working again since 16/03.


Please contact me ASAP and explain first, what is going on for this issue.
