This is chandrasekar (Chan) from Parrmatta I lost my internet and home phone connection on 05/04/2019 and today I have noticed $79 deducted from account for next month cycling period. Could you please find out and get back to me.

We've reviewed the account and the deducted fee seems to be correct.
TPG is a prepaid service, as part of our billing system’s automation, we charge 7 days before the next billing cycle. This is to make sure that the account will remain active.
We note that there's an open ticket which is being handled by our Engineering team. Once the issue is resolved, the assigned Engineer will be in touch for further discussion.
