Too late to use Merssaging Company?

When I am sent a PIN to make the transfer, my email client is unable to log in.

Nothing is visible in Post Office.

So, have I left it too late?

If you received the notification, could you check if there's a date on when is your last day to transfer to the TMC?

Since it was sent by batch, it will be different compared to other customers.
