I have sent numerous emails stating my problems with slow wifi, and my internet repeatedly cutting out.
Your service is slow and pathetic
The internet in my home cuts out all the time
The wifi is so slow
I cannot stay with your service
I was encouraged to have NBN put in and upgrade my modem by TPG
I did this and paid for the service and now it’s even slower than before
I have emailed TPG numerous times about this.
Now I can't even get a hold of any one to lodge a complaint and cancel my account. TPG were very quick to take my money but to lodge a complaint it’s near impossible.
