Transferring tpg mail to Outlook for Windows

Hi! I realise that tpg is transition to the Messaging Company. I've "opted in" but the transfer has not been completed so I can't set up my email in the new Outlook for Windows using Messaging Company specs. I tried to do this using TPG specs but that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

Hi @misskitty . I heard that the settings will not change.

Are you getting any error messages when you are setting up Outlook?
What version is it?

What settings are you using:

mail server

sending port and security setting

receiving port and security setting
