Trouble upgrading my nbn

I keep trying to upgrade my nbn bundle online but it only allows me to downgrade or stay the same. I did call and try to get it upgraded and was told it would take up to 24 hours and it have been nearly 48.
Any idea on how to upgrade my nbn to the next bundle?
