Trying to upgrade my NBN plan

Hi TPG team, 


I am not able to upgrade my plan since March 20th. I encountered the below error message

"Unfortunately there was an unexpected error when submitting your registration.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please contact TPG Customer Service on 13 14 23 for further assistance.
When contacting TPG, please quote this error code: < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists >"


After calling above number, came to know that due to COVID-19 customer has transitioned to online chat.


So then tried online chat option, however keep getting message 

"Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later."
