Ultra fast NBN same speed

It has been weeks since I've upgraded and still not getting the new ultra fast speeds (have received confirmation email). I am getting a consistent 90 mbps which is what my old plan was. It is not a hardware issue as I would consistently get 400+ speeds during the test period . My modem is dual band and operates on both 2.5 and 5 GHz so no issues there either . I can see that the solution has usually been a fix from TPGs side rather than the consumer's router/switch . Can I please ask the same fix is applied to my account .
