Ultrafast dropped to NBN100 Speeds

I have been consistently getting 600+Mbps on my FTTP connection since upgrading to the Ultrafast plan.
The past 2 weeks speeds have dropped to around 90/35 regardless of the time of day. I haven't made any changes to my network, I have connected my PC directly to the NBN modem, and I have power cycled the modem.
I have reported the fault to TGP twice, both times they closed the fault as Resolved.
Any ideas where to go next...

My son is getting better speeds on 5G broadband and paying $55/month not the $99 I'm paying.
