Got an SMS saying my trial was coming to an end and to look out for an email with an offer to stay on the speed.

A week later and still no email.

I'd love to continue, but .....

Not sure anyone called me. I've been dropped down in speed despite my wanting to keep it. If someone did call then I would have been at work and can't answer the phone while there. No email offer either. Not a thing.

Can I call up and try or am I late in getting the sweet offer others did?
