Unable to communicate with Primary DNS Server

For the last couple of days I have not been able to connect my tablet (Windows 10) to the internet when directly connected to the router.  There are 7 other devices in the house that are successfully connected to the router with internet access.  I am able to connect to the internet on my tablet via the wireless harddrive, which is connected to the router.  However when I connect directly to the router, it says it's connected but no internet.  When I troubleshoot the issues, it says that windows cannot communicate with the primary DNS Server.

I have tried flushing the dns servers, using a static dns server (both google and tpg), restarting the modem, restarting my tablet, updating the network driver (said nothing to update), disabling/re-enabling the network driver but nothing seems to be working

Hi

My records shows that there is some traffic on your service.

If you still with that issue,

Can you post here a tracert to 8.8.8.8? We can escalate it to our Engineers team

Thanks

Tracert shows there is a link to the internet through TPG network. We isolate the issue to your device (tablet windows 10), you may check some other solutions in order to discard any software or hardware issue.
