Hi, I can't make any wifi connection since this afternoon. It was working fine this morning. Have restarted my modem many times with no avail :'(
Don't know what went wrong.

I've managed to locate an account using your Community details and it showed that the issue has now been escalated to our Engineering team. Telstra is scheduled to check the service between today and 02 MAY 2018, and attendance is not required.
