Unable to connect to wifi

My computer has internet but all portable devices are unable to connect to the Wi-Fi. I have tried resetting it all but still no access. Why?

Are you able to detect your WiFi network? If yes, when tried to connect to it, did it ask for the password?

Is your computer connected to the modem/router via WiFi or Wired?

The reset that you've performed, is it the factory reset or reboot only?
