Get online support
I have been unable to send emails on both my Mac and phone for some time now. I have reset my password but have not had any luck. Can you please let me know how I can unblock my email and get this matter sorted.

Thanks for raising this to us, please confirm if you have tried sending emails using TPG post office .
Also please post the screen shot of the error message on this thread.
We did an article that you may find helpful, please see the link below.
Cannot Send Email Rejected by the Server/Banned from using SMTP .
