Unable to send mail

When I send emails via my iPhone I get the following error. Cannot send mail. The sender address was invalid. I can send emails via my pc with the same email configuration/password

Hi Sajal, I had followed those instructions and it does not work.  I have set up tpg email on my son's phone (with his ID) and it works.
