Undeliverable email (message too old)

Are you using an Email client or webmail?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Dear BasilDV,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I am currently using Mozilla Firefox to access my TPG emails. Firefox was recommended to me when I bought a new computer a couple of years ago. I have never had any problems with my emails until now.

I have no problems with sending emails to anybody else and my destination email address (peter@meerkatmufflers.com.au) has no trouble receiving emails from other non-TPG email addresses.

Beyond that I have not done any other troubleshooting.
