Unknown action

I have an open fault lodged, it is marked as customer action, but I have been provided no details on what this action is.

Additionally I have a current outage and still have not been advised anything about the outage.

Thanks for raising this to us, I would love to help see the status and progress of the escalated fault also to get the status of the ongoing outage, shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
