Unreliable internet connection

This has been tricky. The wifi network is visible so my devices are connected to it. However there’s no data transfer and or when it’s available, it’s unreliable and keeps dropping out. The modem was replaced mid February which was the initial diagnosis but now my internet connection might work for 24-48 hours and then it keeps dropping out! The engineers have been monitoring it and closes the ticket when it’s “stable” and reopens another one when I call up. This is a repeating issue! Our work has been affected and I’m not sure who else to escalate this problem to.
