Get online support
Hi, we recently changed our public ip and since then some of our emails are ending up in customer's junk mailbox. We noticed the reverse dns is pointing to ***-***-**-***.static.tpgi.com.au.
How can we change it to point it back to our mail server ? Could that be the reason for the emails ending up in Junk folder ?
Please help.

Can you also send the Domain name and MX record.
