I want to upgrade my NBN plan from nbn25 speed to nbn100 speed tier. Please can you do this via this message as soon as possible.
I have been trying to contact you for days and received one email response stating there would be a 4 hour response time - no response yet!
Please assist me in upgrading my plan. I fully understand how busy you are at this difficult time.

You may process the change of plan anytime you want, usual activation of the new plan may take within 4 to 24 hours once it was lodged.
