Upgrade from NBN100 to NBN Home superfast barely noticeable changes.

I recently upgraded from NBN100 to NBN Home superfast but i barely see any difference. According to the Plan i should be getting atleast 250 mbps download speed, but when i run the internet speed test i am only getting 50mbps to 90mbps max even when it's not busy or during the evening,  which is the same speed i was getting with my previous plan then I Also started getting more lag spikes during a game. please fix this issue
