We had a looked at your account and found out that you have raised your upload speed issue to our technical team in which they have then escalated the problem to our Engineers for investigation. But a few hours after the issue was raised you have then informed us via SMS that you are then getting the correct speed for your plan. Our Engineering team is currently monitoring your case and will check with you within the day to see if everything is still good.
